How we championed resilience in the pandemic

When the pandemic hit, our top concern was to protect children and youth of vulnerable families. To do our part, we actively provided resources to help them get through these tough times.

In recognition of our efforts during the Covid-19 pandemic, we received a certification of appreciation from President Halimah Yacob in December 2020.

Supporting families with more resources

Apart from educating our beneficiaries on the virus, we also made sure that they got the help they needed at home.

Financial assistance

To help families whose household income were affected by the pandemic, we launched a financial assistance scheme to help eligible students in Singapore tide through tough times by sponsoring 4 months of their school fees.

Computers and WIFI devices

To ensure that students from low-income families are able to access their online lessons, we sent laptops and WIFI devices with unlimited data for 3 months.

A total of 118 laptops and 168 WIFI devices were given to beneficiaries from Daughters of Tomorrow, KidSTART and more.

Aside from our Covid-19 initiatives, we create and carry out programmes that help less-fortunate children work on their emotional well-being, cognitive development and future fitness.
