Giving vulnerable children a greater start in life
KidSTART is an upstream programme to help children aged 0 to 6 years from low-income families have a good start in life.
KidSTART parents receive support and are equipped with skills so their children can benefit from warm and nurturing relationships, achieve age-appropriate and holistic child development, and have a safe and secure home environment to grow up in.
ECF has been a partner and supporter of kidSTART since it launched in 2016. Over the years, we have pledged a total of S$150,000 to support children from KidSTART families.

WHY KIDSTART?
The early years are crucial for the knowledge, experiences and development that help children succeed later in life.
Children from low-income families may face more challenges compared to their peers, and need additional support to promote their healthy growth and reach their development milestones.
WHO WE IMPACT
Over the years, ECF has pledged a total of S$150,000 to support children from KidSTART families.
The funds will assist the educational and experiential development of these vulnerable children to promote later success in their school and life.
